I have always had an aim to make an achievement of hit the 100 mile mark. I have a few reasons for wanting to do this; to do a charity event of just over 100 miles, would like gto do john o’groats to landsend, do the tour de etape and britian to Paris. Also it is my aim to join a cycling club in 2010, which will probably be the Johnstone Wheelers.

Vernon Roffe (47) from Thetford Norfolk UK has begun training for his 100 mile bike challenge. His goals are to get fitter overall, loose the smoking and “I have three things i want to achieve in 2010″. In march me and a friend are going to do a 94 mile walk/jog for charity. Want to compete in 5 and 10k runs. Want to take part in a 100 mile bike ride challenge.
