1. Getting Started
Register for your FREE TRIAL then complete the community profile and fitness questionnaires. These give Luke background information including current fitness and your health history.
2. Share your goals with Luke
Using email or the comments section on your community profile you can share and discuss with Luke your fitness and weight loss goals. The challenge you want to undertake. The performance that you dream of achieving.
3. Agree a training plan
From these discussions a training plan will be developed that you can use to achieve your goals. It will be created together taking into account your schedule, your commitments, your current fitness and abilities and above it will focus on what is realistic and necessary for you to achieve your goals.
4. Training, Feedback & Accountability
This is the most important stage. You do the training BUT we share the journey. Using your community profile and by email you are fully accountable for completing the plan. Asking questions and getting immediate feedback and encouragement from Luke will keep you motivated and give you the WILL POWER to keep training.
5. Success
Luke will help you achieve the cycling and weight loss goals that you have always dreamed of.
