What is your current weekly exercise program ?
Road riding background, commute to work is minimum 1 mile but prefer the 5, in summer I ride up to 20 commuting in. Also now into mountain biking and have the bruises to show!!
What are your fitness/training goals ? Why are you taking the “100 mile bike challenge” ?
I want to get fitter to gain some structure, and lose weight, I need some motivation to ride this time of year. My goal is to ride a couple of Sportives next year, I was thinking 100k rides but would love to do the 100 mile ones in a good time.
Which sports person inspires you the most and why?
Lance Armstrong due to his ability to overcome and continue even as he gets older
